Kids' yoga mats: common questions
Our mats are designed for ages 3 to 8. They are full length, so they grow with your child, and an adult can use one too.
Ours is 183 x 61 cm, 6 mm thick and about 800 g. That is full length, and light enough for a child to roll up and carry with the shoulder strap that comes with it.
Non-toxic, PVC-free TPE.
Fifteen numbered poses are laser-engraved into the surface. Your child follows the numbers, so they can move on their own without a screen.
Sun Salutation is a standing sequence. Freedom Flow is floor-based and calmer. Both have fifteen poses and both come in seven colours. The Which mat page compares them pose by pose.
Wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air-dry flat.
