A calmer floor sequence.

Butterfly, flower, star, boat, fish, bridge, crab and the rest, all done sitting or lying down.

Choose this if

  • Winding down rather than winding up
  • Bedtime, or a quiet corner in the afternoon
  • Younger children still finding their balance
