Shipping & returns

Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day; orders after that ship the next. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via tracked courier.

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

All orders are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable packaging.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon. Join our newsletter to be the first to know.

If your little one doesn't love their mat, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The mat should be in resaleable condition with any tags attached.

Ordering a present early? Anything bought from 1 November can be returned up to 31 January, so a gift opened on Christmas Day is still well inside the window.

To start a return, email info@yogime.co.uk with your order number and we'll send a prepaid returns label. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item.

This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your mat arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund right away.
