Everything you need to know about getting your mat to your door — and sending it back if it isn't quite right.
UK delivery
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day; orders after that ship the next. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via tracked courier.
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, and it's free on all orders over £45. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
All orders are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable packaging.
International delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
30-day returns
If your little one doesn't love their mat, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The mat should be in resaleable condition with any tags attached.
To start a return, email hello@yogime.co.uk with your order number and we'll send a prepaid returns label. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item.
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Damaged or faulty items
If your mat arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund right away.
