What is the difference between Sun Salutation and Freedom Flow (A)?

SUN SALUTATION

This is our variation of a morning yoga routine designed to engage and stretch the whole body.

FREEDOM FLOW (A)

This is one of our variations for a daily yoga routine designed to improve strength and flexibility in your shoulders and hips.

What material are our yoga mats made from?

Our yoga mats are made from odourless, non-toxic synthetic TPE material. For many reasons TPE is a safe alternative material to traditional PVC yoga mats. In addition to being recyclable and bio-degradable, they are produced with much less energy than PVC yoga.

Certified by SGS Laboratories, TPE is;

100% PVC free
Free from harmful toxic chemicals
Free from plasticisers
Free from phthalates
Free from chlorine
Free of lead and heavy metals
Latex free

Why use laser marking instead of screen printing?

Unlike many yoga mats on the market which use screen printing to produce multi colour patterns, our mats are laser engraved which remain permanent and will not rub off after repeated use. It is also a cleaner and more friendly to the environment since no paints or solvents are used.

How to take care of your yoga mat?

Do not use any harsh chemicals on your mat. Rinse with clean water and towel dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Allow your mat to fully air dry and store away from direct sunlight.
